The Hardin County Tigers baseball team scored 15 runs and held the host Adamsville Cardinals to 6 in the Tigers non-league win on Friday.

The Tigers now hold a 16-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to McNairy Central for a 3A District 11 test on Monday, April 14. Hardin County will play a Bobcats team coming off a 16-2 non-league win over Biggersville (Corinth, MS). The Bobcats record now stands at 9-8.

With the defeat, Adamsville drops to 8-9 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Liberty Tech Magnet (Jackson, TN) to play the Crusaders in a 2A District 13 test on Monday, April 14. The Crusaders go into the test with a record of 2-10. Liberty Tech Magnet won 7-4 in their recent non-league test against Clarksburg (Clarksburg, TN)
