The Battle Creek Grizzlies (Spring Hill, TN) baseball got by the host Richland Raiders (Lynnville, TN), 10-9 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Grizzlies now own a 10-11 record. They take the field next when they host Summertown for a 2A District 10 challenge on Monday, April 14. Battle Creek will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 15-4 non-league win over Lawrence County (Lawrenceburg, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 12-6.
With the defeat, Richland drops to 11-9 on the year. The Raiders travel to Culleoka (Culleoka, TN) to clash with the Warriors in a 1A District 10 challenge on Monday, April 14. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 4-9.
