Ohio High School Baseball - Calvert holds off Woodmore

The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Calvert Senecas (Tiffin, OH) and the visiting Woodmore Wildcats (Elmore, OH), saw Calvert's baseball team gain a win over Woodmore by a tally of 8-4.

The Senecas (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Seneca East (Attica, OH). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Seneca East held off Bucyrus (Bucyrus, OH), 15-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Wildcats face the Cardinal Stritch Cardinals (Oregon, OH) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 12. Woodmore will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Cardinals enter the battle with a 0-4 record after their 4-1 league loss to Northwood (Northwood, OH).
