The Howe Bulldogs baseball squad (Howe, TX), was overwhelmed 17-1 in Friday's league contest with the visiting Gunter Tigers (Gunter, TX)

With the triumph, Gunter moves its record to 28-1 on the season. The Tigers host Wilson (Dallas, TX) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 12. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 14-4. Wilson won 15-0 in their recent league contest against Spruce (Dallas, TX)

The Bulldogs now possess a 9-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Leonard for a 3A Region II District 11 contest on Tuesday, April 15. Howe will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 15-3 league win over S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 9-8.
