Texas High School Baseball - Vandegrift defeats Hutto

The Vandegrift Vipers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Hutto Hippos to 4 in the Vipers league win on Friday.

The Vipers now hold a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hutto for a 6A Region IV District 25 test on Saturday, April 12. Vandegrift will play a Hippos team coming off a 7-3 league loss to Stony Point (Round Rock, TX). The Hippos record now stands at 8-15.

With the defeat, Hutto drops to 8-17 on the year. The Hippos host Vandegrift (Austin, TX) to play the Vipers in a 6A Region IV District 25 test on Saturday, April 12. The Vipers go into the test with a record of 11-4.
