The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Jasper Pirates (Jasper, AR) and the visiting Omaha Eagles (Omaha, AR), saw Jasper's baseball team gain a win over Omaha by a tally of 18-0.

The Pirates (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Berryville (Berryville, AR). The Bobcats enter the non-league battle with a 0-9 record. In their last battle, Berryville was overwhelmed by Pea Ridge (Pea Ridge, AR), 16-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the Lead Hill Tigers (Lead Hill, AR) in a 1A Region 1 battle, on Monday, April 14. Omaha will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
