Louisiana High School Baseball - Natchitoches Central edges Parkway

The Natchitoches Central Chiefs baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host Parkway Panthers to 6 in the Chiefs league win on Friday.

The Chiefs now own a 22-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Benton for a 5A District 1 test on Saturday, April 12. Natchitoches Central will play a Tigers team coming off a 9-6 league loss to Natchitoches Central (Natchitoches, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 29-3.

With the defeat, Parkway drops to 11-18 on the year. The Panthers host North Caddo (Vivian, LA) to play the Titans in a non-league test on Friday, April 11. The Titans go into the test with a record of 9-14. North Caddo won 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Haynesville (Haynesville, LA)
