The Perkins-Tryon Demons baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Wellston Tigers to 7 in the Demons non-league win on Friday.
The Demons now own a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bristow for a non-league test on Monday, April 14. Perkins-Tryon will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Collinsville (Collinsville, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 11-9.
With the defeat, Wellston drops to 3-16 on the year. The Tigers travel to Davenport (Davenport, OK) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 12-4. Davenport lost 13-6 in their recent league test against Ripley (Ripley, OK)
