In Friday's league game, the host Rossville Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 4-3 victory over the Perry-Lecompton Kaws.

The Bulldogs (5-5) will now prepare for their game against Sabetha (Sabetha, KS). The Bluejays enter the Big Seven game with a 5-8 record. In their last game, Sabetha was tipped by Nemaha Central (Seneca, KS), 8-5, in a league game.

Next, the Kaws face the Holton Wildcats (Holton, KS) in a Big Seven game, on Monday, April 14. Perry-Lecompton will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 3-6 record after their 16-1 non-league loss to North (Wichita, KS).
