Texas High School Baseball - Royal loses to Stafford

In Friday's league bout, the Stafford Spartans (Stafford, TX) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Royal Falcons (Brookshire, TX), by a tally of 11-0.

Next up, the Spartans encounter the Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles (Houston, TX) in a 4A Region III District 21 bout, on Tuesday, April 15. Stafford will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 1-14 record after their 21-0 league loss to Almeta Crawford (Rosharon, TX).

The Falcons now possess a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Marque for a 4A Region III District 21 contest on Tuesday, April 15. Royal will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 15-1 league loss to Sealy (Sealy, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 2-10.
