The Star City Bulldogs triumphed over the host Watson Chapel Wildcats baseball squad by a score of 18-9 in Friday's league outing.
Next up, the Bulldogs battle the McGehee Owls (McGehee, AR) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 14. Star City will attempt to advance on its 3-11 season record. The Owls come into the outing with a 5-6 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Harmony Grove (Camden, AR).
The Wildcats (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against Mills University Studies (Little Rock, AR). The Comets come into the non-league outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, Mills University Studies was overwhelmed by Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR), 11-1, in a league outing.
