Arizona High School Volleyball - Salpointe Catholic over Rincon/University

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ) and the visiting Rincon/University Rangers (Tucson, AZ), observed Salpointe Catholic's volleyball team top Rincon/University by a count of 2-0.

The Lancers (20-8) will now prepare for their contest against Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ). The Colts enter the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Buena notched a victory over Canyon del Oro (Tucson, AZ), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Rangers battle the Maricopa Rams (Maricopa, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 11. Rincon/University will attempt to move on its 17-7 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 6-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ).
