In Friday's league contest, the visiting Murrieta Valley Nighthawks lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-5 triumph over the Great Oak Wolfpack.

The Nighthawks (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA). The Rams go into the Southwestern contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Murrieta Mesa held off Chaparral (Temecula, CA), 12-6, in a league contest.

Next, the Wolfpack meet the Vista Murrieta Broncos (Murrieta, CA) in a Southwestern contest, on Monday, April 14. Great Oak will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Broncos go into the contest with a 4-11 record after their 10-4 league win over Temecula Valley (Temecula, CA).
