The Huntley Red Raiders triumphed over the visiting McHenry Warriors lacrosse team by a tally of 18-2 in Friday's league match.
Next up, the Red Raiders confront the Sandburg Eagles (Orland Park, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 12. Huntley will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 3-1 record after their 20-6 league win over Plainfield Co-op (Plainfield, IL).
The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL). The Tigers enter the Fox Valley match with a 6-0 record. In their last match, Crystal Lake Central defeated Benet Academy (Lisle, IL), 12-6, in a non-league match.
