Douglas Bearcats (Douglas, WY) followers went home happy Friday as they saw their soccer squad triumph over the host Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WY), 7-0 in a league battle.
The Bearcats (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Worland (Worland, WY). The Warriors enter the 3A East battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Worland tipped Newcastle (Newcastle, WY), 7-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Bison battle the Rawlins Outlaws (Rawlins, WY) in a 3A East battle, on Saturday, April 12. Buffalo will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Outlaws enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Pinedale (Pinedale, WY).
