Sacred Heart Academy Irish (Mt. Pleasant, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Oscoda Owls (Oscoda, MI), 8-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Sacred Heart Academy advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Irish travel to Valley Lutheran (Saginaw, MI) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 2-3. Valley Lutheran lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Glenn (Bay City, MI)

The Owls now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roscommon for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Oscoda will clash with a Bucks team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Northern Michigan Christian (McBain, MI). The Bucks record now stands at 0-2.
