Fans at Friday's league test between the Laurence Manning Academy Swampcats (Manning, SC) and the visiting Trinity Collegiate Titans (Darlington, SC), witnessed Laurence Manning Academy's lacrosse squad hold off Trinity Collegiate by a count of 1-0.

The Swampcats (10-5) will now prepare for their test against Hammond (Columbia, SC). The Skyhawks enter the SCISA AAA Region I test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Hammond was nipped by Porter-Gaud (Charleston, SC), 13-3, in a non-league test.

Next, the Titans battle the John Paul II Golden Warrriors (Ridgeland, SC) in a SCISA AA Region IV test, on Tuesday, April 22. Trinity Collegiate will attempt to move on its 0-14 season record. The Golden Warrriors enter the test with a 0-1 record after their 22-0 non-league loss to Beaufort (Beaufort, SC).
