The Sanford Warriors (Hockessin, DE) lacrosse nudged the host Wilmington Charter Force (Wilmington, DE), 11-10 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Warriors now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wilmington Friends for a Independent - DISC outing on Tuesday, April 15. Sanford will face a Quakers squad coming off a 10-4 league win over Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE). The Quakers record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Wilmington Charter falls to 4-3 on the year. The Force travel to First State Military Academy (Clayton, DE) to face the Bulldogs in a Diamond State outing on Monday, April 14. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 3-2.
