The James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Summerville Green Wave (Summerville, SC), 4-0 in Friday's league challenge.
The Trojans now hold a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Myrtle Beach for a non-league outing on Friday, April 18.
Next up, the Green Wave play the Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes (Summerville, SC) in a AAAAA Region 8 outing, on Tuesday, April 15. Summerville will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Swamp Foxes go into the outing with a 14-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Stall (Charleston, SC).
