Juab Wasps (Nephi, UT) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting North Sanpete Hawks (Mt. Pleasant, UT), 1-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Juab moves its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Wasps host Emery (Castle Dale, UT) to clash with the Spartans in a 3A Region 12 test on Wednesday, April 16. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 0-12.

The Hawks now sport a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they host Manti for a 3A Region 12 test on Wednesday, April 16. North Sanpete will clash with a Templars team coming off a 2-0 league win over Richfield (Richfield, UT). The Templars record now stands at 11-3.
