California High School Softball - Adelanto sneaks past Barstow

The Adelanto Saints (Adelanto, CA) softball nipped the visiting Barstow Aztecs (Barstow, CA), 12-11 in Friday's league outing.

The Saints now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Granite Hills for a Desert Sky outing on Wednesday, April 16. Adelanto will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 17-4 league win over Silverado (Victorville, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, Barstow moves to 3-11 on the season. The Aztecs host Hesperia Christian (Hesperia, CA) to encounter the Patriots in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 15.
