Alabama High School Softball - Thompson sneaks past Auburn

The Thompson Warriors softball team scored 3 runs and held the host Auburn Tigers to 2 in the Warriors non-league win on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 28-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alexandria for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 12. Thompson will confront a Valley Cubs team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Cleburne County (Heflin, AL). The Valley Cubs record now stands at 26-5.

With the loss, Auburn moves to 18-10 on the season. The Tigers travel to Orange Beach (Orange Beach, AL) to confront the Makos in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 12. The Makos come into the battle with a record of 24-1. Orange Beach won 8-2 in their recent non-league battle against McCracken County (Paducah, KY)
