Ohio High School Softball - Barnesville bounces Bellaire

The Barnesville Shamrocks softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Bellaire Big Reds to 3 in the Shamrocks non-league win on Friday.

The Shamrocks now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buckeye Trail for a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. Barnesville will confront a Warriors team coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Cambridge (Cambridge, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Bellaire moves to 5-3 on the season. The Big reds travel to East Liverpool (East Liverpool, OH) to confront the Potters in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 12. The Potters come into the battle with a record of 2-11. East Liverpool lost 16-6 in their recent non-league battle against Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH)
