The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Moody Blue Devils (Moody, AL) and the visiting Beauregard Hornets (Opelika, AL), observed Moody's softball team get by Beauregard by a final score of 4-2.

The Blue Devils (25-7) will now prepare for their bout against Alabama Christian Academy (Montgomery, AL). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 12-15 record. In their last bout, Alabama Christian Academy tipped Stanhope Elmore (Millbrook, AL), 10-6, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Hornets battle the Pike Road Patriots (Pike Road, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 15. Beauregard will attempt to better on its 19-8 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 14-19 record after their 15-1 non-league win over Providence Christian (Dothan, AL).
