Texas High School Softball - New Braunfels bounces Boerne-Champion

April 11, 2025: Boerne, TX 78006

In Friday's league match, the visiting New Braunfels Unicorns softball team scored a nice 16-5 win over the Boerne-Champion Chargers.

The Unicorns (18-7) will now prepare for their match against Alamo Heights (San Antonio, TX). The Mules enter the 5A Region IV District 26 game with a 6-14 record. In their last game, Alamo Heights defeated Pieper (San Antonio, TX), 7-2, in a league game.

The Chargers now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Wagner for a 5A Region IV District 26 game on Tuesday, April 15. Boerne-Champion will play a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 4-18.
