Utah High School Softball - Desert Hills bounces Cedar

April 11, 2025: Cedar City, UT 84720

The Desert Hills Thunder softball team scored 20 runs and held the host Cedar Reds to 2 in the Thunder league win on Friday.

The Thunder now sport a 19-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Emery for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 12. Desert Hills will confront a Spartans team coming off a 10-1 league win over Richfield (Richfield, UT). The Spartans record now stands at 9-7.

With the loss, Cedar moves to 16-5 on the season. The Reds host Snow Canyon (St. George, UT) to confront the Warriors in a 4A Region 9 battle on Tuesday, April 15. The Warriors come into the battle with a record of 9-12. Snow Canyon lost 8-6 in their recent league battle against Crimson Cliffs (Washington, UT)
