The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Clayton Yellowjackets (Clayton, NM) and the visiting Logan Longhorns (Logan, NM), observed Clayton's softball team notch a victory over Logan by a final score of 21-10.

The Yellowjackets (5-5) will now prepare for their bout against Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM). The Rattlers go into the A/2A District 6 bout with a 1-8 record.

In their next game, the Longhorns battle the Santa Rosa Lions (Santa Rosa, NM) in a A/2A District 6 bout, on Tuesday, April 15. Logan will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 18-7 non-league loss to Mora (Mora, NM).
