The Vallivue Falcons triumphed over the visiting Columbia Wildcats softball squad by a count of 19-1 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Falcons meet the Emmett Huskies (Emmett, ID) in a 5A Southern Idaho challenge, on Tuesday, April 15. Vallivue will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Huskies enter the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Middleton (Middleton, ID).

The Wildcats (0-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Nampa (Nampa, ID). The Bulldogs enter the 5A Southern Idaho challenge with a 13-4 record. In their last challenge, Nampa was routed by Bishop Kelly (Boise, ID), 7-5, in a league challenge.
