Fort Recovery Indians (Fort Recovery, OH) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Fort Loramie Redskins (Fort Loramie, OH), 6-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Fort Recovery upgrades its record to 7-1 on the year. The Indians host Jay County (Portland, IN) to play the Patriots in a non-league game on Saturday, April 12. The Patriots enter the game with a record of 3-0. Jay County won 16-3 in their recent non-league game against Delta (Muncie, IN)

The Redskins now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Anna for a Shelby County game on Monday, April 14. Fort Loramie will play a Rockets squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Fairlawn (Sidney, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 6-4.
