The Johnson Jaguars softball team scored 16 runs and held the host LEE Volunteers to 3 in the Jaguars league win on Friday.

The Jaguars now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Churchill for a 6A Region IV District 27 battle on Wednesday, April 16. Johnson will confront a Chargers team coming off a 6-3 league win over Reagan (San Antonio, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 13-13.

With the loss, LEE moves to 2-19 on the season. The Volunteers host Madison (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Mavericks in a 6A Region IV District 27 battle on Wednesday, April 16. The Mavericks come into the battle with a record of 9-9. Madison lost 6-5 in their recent league battle against Brandeis (San Antonio, TX)
