The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Snyder Tigers (Snyder, TX) and the host Liberty Patriots (Lubbock, TX), observed Snyder's softball team notch a victory over Liberty by a final score of 21-3.

The Tigers (16-8) will now prepare for their bout against Big Spring (Big Spring, TX). The Steers go into the 4A Region I District 5 bout with a 11-9 record. In their last bout, Big Spring gained a win over Estacado (Lubbock, TX), 21-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Lake View Chiefs/Maidens (San Angelo, TX) in a 4A Region I District 5 bout, on Tuesday, April 15. Liberty will attempt to better on its 7-20 season record.
