The Lower Lake Trojans triumphed over the visiting Upper Lake Cougars softball squad by a count of 12-0 in Friday's league challenge.
Next, the Trojans play the Clear Lake Cardinals (Lakeport, CA) in a North Central I challenge, on Tuesday, April 15. Lower Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 5-3 league loss to Kelseyville (Kelseyville, CA).
The Cougars (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Middletown (Middletown, CA). The Mustangs enter the North Central I challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Middletown was routed by Kelseyville (Kelseyville, CA), 13-4, in a league challenge.
