The Willamina Bulldogs softball team scored 25 runs and held the host Sheridan Spartans to 0 in the Bulldogs league win on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Santiam Christian for a 3A Special District 3 battle on Monday, April 14. Willamina will confront a Eagles team coming off a 23-0 league loss to Scio (Scio, OR). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Sheridan moves to 0-3 on the season. The Spartans travel to Jefferson (Jefferson, OR) to confront the Lions in a 3A Special District 3 battle on Monday, April 14. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 0-6. Jefferson lost 29-2 in their recent league battle against Yamhill-Carlton (Yamhill, OR)
