Indiana High School Baseball - Monroe Central loses to Alexandria-Monroe

In Saturday's non-league bout, the Alexandria-Monroe Tigers (Alexandria, IN) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN), by a tally of 16-1.

Next up, the Tigers encounter the University Trailblazers (Carmel, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 15. Alexandria-Monroe will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Trailblazers enter the bout with a 5-4 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY).

The Golden Bears (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Northeastern (Fountain City, IN). The Knights enter the non-league bout with a 3-1 record. In their last bout, Northeastern overcame Muncie Central (Muncie, IN), 10-0, in a non-league bout.
