Texas High School Baseball - Coronado defeats Caprock

The Coronado Mustangs baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Caprock Longhorns to 3 in the Mustangs league win on Saturday.

The Mustangs now own a 16-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Caprock for a 5A Region I District 3 test on Tuesday, April 14. Coronado will clash with a Longhorns team coming off a 11-3 league loss to Coronado (Lubbock, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 6-20.

With the defeat, Caprock drops to 6-20 on the year. The Longhorns host Coronado (Lubbock, TX) to clash with the Mustangs in a 5A Region I District 3 test on Tuesday, April 14. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 16-11. Coronado won 11-3 in their recent league test against Caprock (Amarillo, TX)
