The Dixon Bulldogs baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Hermann Bearcats to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host St. Elizabeth for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 14. Dixon will play a Hornets team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Central (Cape Girardeau, MO). The Hornets record now stands at 7-5.

With the defeat, Hermann drops to 2-9 on the year. The Bearcats host Community (Laddonia, MO) to play the Trojans in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 14. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 6-3. Community won 8-3 in their recent non-league test against Elsberry (Elsberry, MO)
