The Roger Bacon Spartans (Cincinnati, OH) baseball trounced the visiting Reading Blue Devils (Reading, OH), 10-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Spartans now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy for a Miami Valley - Scarlet challenge on Wednesday, April 15. Roger Bacon will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Holy Name (Parma Heights, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 7-2.

With the defeat, Reading drops to 3-7 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Madeira (Cincinnati, OH) to clash with the Mustangs and Amazons in a Cincinnati Hills challenge on Monday, April 13. The Mustangs and Amazons go into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Madeira won 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Reading (Reading, OH)
