Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO) and the visiting Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans (Fountain, CO), saw Air Academy's baseball squad knock off Fountain-Fort Carson by a count of 15-0.

Coming up next, the Kadets play the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 4A Pikes Peak battle, on Saturday, April 16. Air Academy will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Red-Tailed Hawks enter the battle with a 10-1 record after their 17-3 league win over Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO).

The Trojans now possess a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they host Palmer for a non-league battle on Friday, April 15. Fountain-Fort Carson will play a Terrors squad coming off a 21-6 league loss to Mesa Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Terrors record now stands at 2-9.
