The Archbishop Rummel Raiders baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Brother Martin Crusaders to 2 in the Raiders league victory on Tuesday.
The Raiders (15-12) will now prepare for their match against Holy Cross (New Orleans, LA). The Tigers go into the 5A District 9 match with a 5-10 record.
The Crusaders (15-5) will now prepare for their match against Archbishop Shaw (Marrero, LA). The Eagles go into the 5A District 9 match with a 6-9 record. In their last match, Archbishop Shaw was overwhelmed by St. Charles Catholic (LaPlace, LA), 9-4, in a non-league match.
