In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Friona Chieftans baseball team scored a nice 12-1 victory over the Dimmitt Bobcats .
The Chieftans (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Tulia (Tulia, TX). The Hornets go into the 3A Region I District 1 game with a 3-10 record. In their last game, Tulia was overwhelmed by Bushland (Bushland, TX), 13-3, in a league game.
The Bobcats (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Dalhart (Dalhart, TX). The Wolves go into the 3A Region I District 1 game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Dalhart was overwhelmed by River Road (Amarillo, TX), 15-5, in a league game.
