Arizona High School Baseball - Metro Tech nips Sierra Linda

Metro Tech Knights (Phoenix, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Sierra Linda Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ), 7-6 in a league test.

With the win, Metro Tech upgrades its record to 3-10 on the season. The Knights travel to Camelback (Phoenix, AZ) to battle the Spartans in a 5A Metro test on Friday, April 15. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 0-5.

With the defeat, Sierra Linda falls to 3-10 on the season. The Bulldogs host Central (Phoenix, AZ) to battle the Bobcats in a 5A Metro test on Friday, April 15. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 6-11. Central lost 17-4 in their recent non-league test against Centennial (Peoria, AZ)
