Norton Lancers (Norton, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Old Colony RVT Cougars (Rochester, MA), 16-5 in a non-league battle.
The Lancers now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Medway for a Tri-Valley battle on Wednesday, April 13.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Bristol County Agricultural Chieftains (Dighton, MA) in a battle, on Thursday, April 14. Old Colony RVT will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
