Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Randolph County Tigers (Wedowee, AL), 6-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Generals now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Beulah for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 21.
With the loss, Randolph County falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Valley (Valley, AL) to battle the Rams in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 14. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 4-5.
