Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Moody Blue Devils (Moody, AL) and the host McAdory Yellowjackets (McCalla, AL), witnessed Moody's softball squad tip McAdory by a count of 9-2.
The Blue Devils now sport a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Jasper for a non-league match on Monday, April 18.
With the loss, McAdory moves to 6-5 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Bibb County (Centreville, AL) to meet the Choctaws in a non-league match on Thursday, April 14. The Choctaws go into the match with a record of 0-1.
