North Carolina High School Lacrosse - New Hanover drops to Topsail

April 12, 2022: Hampstead, NC 28443

In Tuesday's league test, the host Topsail Pirates lacrosse squad scored a good 18-0 victory over the New Hanover Wildcats.

The Pirates now have a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hoggard for a Mideastern test on Thursday, April 14. Topsail will face a Vikings squad coming off a 13-4 non-league win over Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 12-0.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) in a Mideastern test, on Thursday, April 14. New Hanover will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Scorpions come into the test with a 4-7 record after their 19-5 league loss to Laney (Wilmington, NC).
