Arizona High School Softball - Alchesay bounces Chinle

Alchesay Falcons (Whiteriver, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Chinle Wildcats (Chinle, AZ), 12-8 in a league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 7-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Monument Valley for a 3A North challenge on Friday, April 15. Alchesay will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 17-2 league win over Tuba City (Tuba City, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-14.

With the loss, Chinle falls to 5-15 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Tuba City (Tuba City, AZ) to battle the Warriors in a 3A North challenge on Saturday, April 16. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 6-11.
