The Calhoun City Wildcats softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Eupora Eagles to 7 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Calhoun City moves its record to 12-5 on the year. The Wildcats host East Webster (Maben, MS) to clash with the Wolverines in a 2A Region 2 game on Thursday, April 14. The Wolverines come into the game with a record of 19-4. East Webster won 24-0 in their recent league game against J.Z. George (North Carrollton, MS)
