Arkansas High School Softball - Riverside topped by East Poinsett County

In Tuesday's league contest, the East Poinsett County Warriors (Lepanto, AR) softball team overwhelmed the host Riverside Rebels (Lake City, AR), by a margin of 8-0.

With the triumph, East Poinsett County moves its record to 18-1 on the year. The Warriors host Paragould (Paragould, AR) to play the Rams in a non-league contest on Thursday, April 14. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 2-3.

In their next game, the Rebels play the Marmaduke Greyhounds (Marmaduke, AR) in a 2A-3 contest, on Wednesday, April 13. Riverside will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
