Alabama High School Softball - Sylacauga can't hold off Shelby County

The Shelby County Wildcats softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Sylacauga Aggies to 6 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Shelby County improves its record to 10-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Isabella (Maplesville, AL) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league game on Monday, April 18. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 5-11.
In their next game, the Aggies clash with the Central of Clay County Volunteers (Lineville, AL) in a 5A Area 8 game, on Thursday, April 14. Sylacauga will attempt to improve on its 13-13 season record. The Volunteers come into the game with a 7-8 record after their 14-11 non-league win over Fayetteville (Sylacauga, AL).
