North Carolina High School Baseball - Jordan-Matthews loses to Southwestern Randolph

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Southwestern Randolph Cougars baseball team scored a nice 18-6 victory over the Jordan-Matthews Jets.
The Cougars (8-9) will now prepare for their game against Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Warriors go into the Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, Wheatmore was overwhelmed by Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC), 7-3, in a league game.
The Jets (6-7) will now prepare for their game against Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC). The Bears go into the Mid-Carolina 1A/2A game with a 11-5 record. In their last game, Chatham Central overcame Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 1-0, in a non-league game.
